Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

- Unopened Items: Unused and unopened items in their original packaging can be returned for a full refund or exchange.

- Opened Items: Opened items may be eligible for return or exchange if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please note that opened film products are not eligible for return due to their sensitive nature.

Non-Returnable Items

- Developed or Partially Used Film: Any film that has been developed or partially used cannot be returned.

- Customized Orders: Custom orders or special requests are non-returnable unless defective.

- Expired Film: Film sold at a discount due to its expiry status cannot be returned.

Return Process

- Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, item defective upon arrival).
